Offering services through chefs of restaurants possessing the Michelin star right from the day it opened its doors, Gaja Restaurant now prepares for hosting its taste passionates with Murat Karaduman, the first Turkish Chef of Portugal’s two Michelin stars holding Hotel & Restaurant Vila Joya. Color, freshness and lightness are always in the foreground of the meals prepared by Karaduman.
